Tips for Creating Good Videos

Video is the new content king! It has gone beyond YouTube and Vine and now is part of our mainstream social media with Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and Instagram stories. Oh yeah, and let’s not forget that Twitter also has added Periscope directly into the app allowing users to go Live there too!

With all that opportunity for video, it’s time to get on the bandwagon. You don’t need to be an actor or veteran blogger, or vlogger, in order to nail video content. What you do need to do is this:

  • Be authentic (yes I’m a broken record but I’ll keep saying it until it hits home with everyone!)
  • Outline your content beforehand
  • Be sure that content provides VALUE to your viewers
  • Get “stage ready”
  • Be YOU!
