They say “It’s cheaper to keep a current client than to find a new one,” but what EXACTLY does that mean? How do you translate that into your business if you’re in a service industry where the client shouldn’t need you to repeat or continue the work if you do it right? A few service professions this applies to include: wedding planners (hopefully your clients don’t need to get married again soon after!), tradesman (Roofers, builders, home inspectors), residential realtors and many other service-based businesses.
