Creating A Client Appreciation Event
When it comes to retaining clients, the customer service and attention to detail matters. In a digital age it’s so easy to fall into the trap of an email, thank you note, or the details matter. These are the folks that keep your business alive so creating an experience for them will leave a lasting impression long after the event is over.
That’s precisely what the Dandelion Patch did for a recent client appreciation event. The Washington-area invitation and stationary retailer host 70 event and wedding planner clients for a private, designed dinner and cocktail party in its Tysons Corner shop.
“We wanted to create something formal, but not stuffy, since the event was celebrating the New Year,” said Terri Eaves, owner of BASH who planned the event.
Eaves turned to Fabrications for drape to create an immediate event space within the store, which next receive the full production treatment utilizing an elegant eggplant design brought to life by DC Rental, Social Supply Design + Decor, and Blue Vanda Designs.
